Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas is now open. The 18-story, 303-room hotel celebrated with a small ribbon-cutting. Located within Frisco’s Stonebriar Centre at the intersection of Preston Road and the Sam Rayburn Tollway, the hotel can be accessed via the landmark shopping mall on the second floor, located between Nordstrom and Dillard’s. A 27,500-sq.-ft. conference center is featured, and a 3,000-sq.-ft. satellite Frisco Public Library will also be included. The only U.S. location for Kidzania, an experiential and educational real-life city built for children ages 4-17, will be next to the hotel and offer specials for hotel guests.

Arizona-based group of friends and hoteliers in Phoenix, AZ, stepped up to raise funds in order to help the frontline workers with the COVID-19 pandemic impacting their community. Donations were made and collected, and the Arizona Hotel/Motel Owners group contributed $24,000 that went to Maricopa County ValleyWise Health and Professional Firefighters of Arizona. In two short weeks, the group was able to rally local hotel and motel owners to help contribute, and they were able to raise their funding goal a couple of times.
TI Group Inc. and Hotel Equities announced the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton- Keller Town Center and welcomed local dignitaries and VIPs, including Hon. Pat McGrail, Mayor of Keller; Mark Hafner, Keller City Manager; and longtime Keller developer Douglas Gilliland with TI Group Inc., along with many other dignitaries, to celebrate the property’s grand opening. The event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours of the property, while adhering to all mandated and recommended protocols for the safety of guests and staff. Located at 200 Town Center Lane, Keller TX, the hotel is positioned in the heart of the city, across from Keller City Hall and surrounded by shopping, dining and entertainment at Bear Creek Parkway and Rufe Snow Drive. The property is owned by TI Group Inc. and managed by Hotel Equities.
