Tru by Hilton Manchester Downtown in Manchester, NH, welcomed local dignitaries to help celebrate the hotel’s grand opening. The event included tours of the property, a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony, and a reception with food and drinks from Common Man Restaurants, which will soon operate a 1,600-sq.-ft. coffee shop café and a 3,000-sq.-ft. restaurant on the lower level of the property, and Contoocook Cider Company. The property is owned by MT Hotel Partners, LLC and will be managed by Westport, MA-based Lafrance Hospitality.

Radisson Blu Resort & Residence Punta Cana officially opened its doors last month in the Dominican Republic. One of the few Radisson Blu hotels in the world to offer the all-inclusive experience, the beachfront resort offers 164 suites along 12 buildings on the shores of Cabeza de Toro beach. There are six restaurants on property with gourmet options ranging from Mediterranean and Asian fusion to Dominican flavors, several displaying seaside views. For guests interested in dining in the comfort of their suite, the property also offers 24-hour in-room dining services. Additionally, guests can unwind with crafted cocktails at one of the property’s five bars and lounges.

The Hilton Garden Inn Camden Waterfront just held an intimate ribbon-cutting ceremony. As the first hotel in Camden, NJ, in more than 50 years, the property will offer 180 rooms, as well as 4,172 sq. ft. of meeting and event space and indoor and outdoor dining. The event included a speech by Camden City Mayor Francisco “Frank” Moran, in addition to remarks by other dignitaries.
