ROAD TO THE SHOW: HX—Google & Mastercard to present

NEW YORK—This year’s HX: The Hotel Experience, an annual trade show held here to connect thousands of hospitality decision-makers, being held Nov. 13-15 at the Jacob K. Javits Center, is featuring some of hospitality’s most influential voices.

The show will offer attendees additional insights about new trends, highlight up-and-coming technology and reveal what’s going on in the booming and ever-changing world of hospitality in the U.S. and across the globe.

Speakers from worldwide corporations such as MasterCard, Google, Tao Group and Starwood Hotel & Resorts will be on hand to provide their insight. Presentations on the agenda include: “Reimagining the Future Guest Experience”; Trends in Consumer Spending and How You Can Profitably Respond”; “NYC Hospitality Alliance—From Rooms to Restaurants”; “Kitchen Makeover 101”; “Uncovering Traveling Insights from Google Trends Data”; and “Are You Safe? Challenges & Solutions in Hospitality Cybersecurity.”

There will be more than 455 exhibitors at the show this year, and more than 12,000 people from the hospitality industry are expected to be in attendance at the event.

Plus, don’t miss out on HX: Cooks, which is new for this year. Stop by the HX: Onstage-Restaurant area throughout the show and see demonstrations by well-known chefs. Presenters include mixologist Karl Franz, from 67 Orange, and NYC Chef Melba Wilson, from Melba’s Restaurant.
