CIM Group, Centennial Yards Company and The Drew Company have partnered to bring a Virgin Hotel to Downtown Atlanta. The 261-room Virgin Hotel Atlanta at Centennial Yards is scheduled to open in 2027 within the $5 billion, 50-acre mixed-use Centennial Yards adjacent to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena. This will be The Drew Company’s second major hotel project in the area, having developed the nearby Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center, home to the Hunter Conference.
Hyatt Regency Chicago, Illinois’ largest hotel, has completed a multiyear, $200-million phased renovation. The transformation spanned all 2,032 guestrooms and suites, the Regency and Crystal Ballrooms and the hotel’s landmark Grand Ballroom (shown here). Since 2013, Hyatt Regency Chicago has invested more than $368 million into transforming the guest experience, beginning with a $168 million lobby and meeting space refresh and culminating in extensive, property-wide enhancements.
Omni Hotels & Resorts has partnered with luxury lifestyle apparel brand Peter Millar to design custom Peter Millar Suites at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA (shown here), and Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX. This collaboration is Omni’s first brand-wide designer collaboration and Peter Millar’s inaugural venture into hospitality.
